Union Minister of State for Coal and Mines, Shri Satish Chandra Dubey, calls on CM Vishnu Deo Sai

Raipur 30 June 2025/ Union Minister of State for Coal and Mines, Shri Satish Chandra Dubey, called on Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai at his official residence in Raipur on Monday. The meeting witnessed detailed discussions on various issues related to coal mining and production in the state.
Deliberations focused on the progress of coal production, the status of mining operations, and welfare measures for workers, along with the implementation of related development initiatives. Chief Minister Shri Sai underlined the need for greater synergy between the Centre and the State to harness the full potential of the coal and energy sectors.
Shri Sai noted that the Centre’s support would play a pivotal role in accelerating the growth of coal and allied industries in Chhattisgarh. He also emphasised the importance of utilising CSR funds for maximum public welfare initiatives.
Secretary to CM, Shri P. Dayanand, SECL’s Chief General Manager Shri Harish Duhan and other senior officials were present during the meeting.
