New Delhi : Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) and The Art of Living marked a major milestone with the signing of an MoU aimed to foster holistic well-being for SAIL employees. The MoU was signed on 03rd September, 2025 at the Art of Living International Centre, Bengaluru by Shri Sanjay Dhar, Officiating ED (HR-L&D), MTI on behalf of SAIL and Br. Pragyachaitanya, Chairperson, VVKI on behalf of Art of Living, in the presence of Shri K.K. Singh, Director (Personnel), SAIL at the Art of Living International Centre, Bengaluru.
Under this collaboration, SAIL employees will undergo structured training programs curated by The Art of Living, focusing on emotional resilience, mindfulness, leadership and personal empowerment. These initiatives align with SAIL’s commitment to nurture a motivated, emotionally agile and future-ready workforce.
